Holiday Piano Concert with Violeta Petrova

Join us for our Second Annual Holiday Concert with works from Chopin, Tchaikovsky, Sibelius, Vladigerov, Albeniz and Liszt performed by Violeta Petrova. Reception to follow in the Carlsbad City Library Courtyard.

Prof. Violeta Petrova is an internationally acclaimed concert pianist who has had a lustrious career spanning several decades with performances throughout Europe, Asia and the USA. She has performed as a soloist as well as in collaboration with musicians from all over the world. Prof. Petrova has done numerous recordings for the Finnish and Bulgarian National Radio Networks and has lead Piano Master Courses in Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, South Korea and the USA. Violeta Petrova resides in Southern California and is actively performing and coaching.

Bulgarian school "Vasil Levski" in San Diego is pleased to welcome again all kids, 5 years and older, every Saturday from September 24, 2016 to May 20, 2017. Students sign-up and official opening of the new school year will be on

September 10, 2016 at 10:30am at the
Tierrasanta Recreation Center

Some interesting improvements to the school schedule and program have been discussed to benefit both parents and students, including changes in class time and education structure. Detailed information will be shared at the opening day where you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions.

Note that the presentation of the new school program is planned primarily for the first 30 minutes, so make sure to be on time.
