We are very pleased to also introduce our new teachers (Niki Geleva will continue as a substitute teacher):
Margarita Ivanova will teach the senior class of students. She has graduated from Sofia University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in History. Margarita has accrued substantial experience (13 years) as a teacher at the Bulgarian school in Boston, where she continues to teach virtually after moving to San Diego. Unfortunately, she will not be able to greet the students on their first day, but is looking forward to meeting everyone on October 7.
Gergana Ivanova graduated in Special Pedagogy - Speech Therapy from the Free University of Bourgas and worked as speech therapist at an elementary school and later at her own practice in England. Love for the kids and strive to help and direct them in early development have consistently been guiding factors in her professional career, finding particular inspiration in working with kids with special educational needs, supporting them in both education and integration. Gergana is currently an assistant teacher for kids with special needs at the Torrey Pines High School.

Wish you a very happy and successful school year!
