D. Ivanova-Nyberg Photo.jpgД-р Даниела Иванова-Найберг е родена през 1963 г. в София. Завършила е българска филология, философия и културология в СУ „Св. Климент Охридски” и има специализация по фолклористика. Хореографско образование получава в Института за музикални и хореографски кадри в София, а докторска степен – в Института за изследване на изкуствата – БАН. Автор е на монографията „Съставът за народни танци като културно явление в България”, стихосбирките „Мирис на вода” и „Последната неделя на септември”, както и множество научно статии.

Take Hwy 163 south to Park Blvd, go left at the stop light then left onto President’s Way, which is the next stop light. A joyous evening of world interpretations of Bulgarian folklore to celebrate The Bulgarian National Revival Day and Mr. Spassov’s 50 anniversary!

We invite you to celebrate the first anniversary of the Bulgarian folk dance group in San Diego!

Our guest of honor will be the choreographer Ivan Dimitrov from Washington, DC. He is a great teacher, choreographer and performer. Everyone is welcome to dress in a Halloween costume. You can also bring something for our potluck party dinner.

Money from the event will help pay  the room rent and the teacher's fee, as well as  support the work and activities of the Foundation for Education and Culture "Vasil Levski" in San Diego.

We are pleased to invite you to a special workshop-dance party with the professional choreographer Peter Petrov, head of the Bulgarian folk group "Ludo-mlado" in Boston, МА.
